In recent reports from a number of gambling related sites the online poker room Card Spike has been accused of failing to pay players and poker affiliates alike. The room which allegedly has members of Casino Affiliate Programs involved in it and which had both the CAP and PAP certification appears to be going through a very rough time at present . The CAP and PAP certification for CardSpike has subsequently been revoked . That is in our opinion a bit like bolting the barn door after the horse has escaped. Of what use is this type of Certification if it is not to prevent scenarios like this. Clarity about the involvement of CAP members in this Poker room should also be made we feel by Lou Fabiano who is the principal at CAP and PAP .
